The meeting, hosted by Toyo Printing Inks, a subsidiary of the Japan-based artience Group, in cooperation with the Cardboard Packaging Manufacturers Association (KASAD), brought together the leading names of the sector at Swissotel The Bosphorus on Wednesday, 20 November 2024.
Toyo Printing Inks, which produces in five different categories for the packaging and printing industry in its factory located in Manisa Organised Industrial Zone, introduced its high-performance inks suitable for all kinds of printing materials with its wide Global network, innovative solutions and technical support service. It also shared its renewed brand identity ‘artience’ and its vision for the future of the sector with the participants.
At the opening of the meeting, Mr Yakup Benli, CEO of Toyo Printing Inks, shared the company’s journey from its Japanese roots to becoming a global brand, its renewed brand identity and its predictions for the sector with his presentation titled ‘Global Brand & artience from Japanese Heritage and Our Future Vision’. In addition; Mr. Mr Benli also included information about their new factory investment in Manisa in his presentation.
At the event;
- Offset Sales Director Engin Kurt and Offset Sales Manager Levent Ünal evaluated artience TPI Market Strategies and provided important information about the ink and printing industry.
- Offset R&D Manager Müjde Özdemir, in her presentation titled ‘Future of Packaging Industry, Sustainability & artience Innovative Product Solutions’, introduced the innovative products and sustainable solutions of the company, which has the title of Turkey’s first ink R&D Centre.
Hakan Güldağ, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nasıl Bir Ekonomi Newspaper, who was the special speaker of the event, provided valuable information to the participants by analysing the effects of the country’s economy on the sector in his session titled ‘Reflections of the Turkish Economy on the Private Sector and the Printing and Printing Industry’.
This meeting, which was held with the intensive participation of KASAD members and sector representatives, strengthened the exchange of sectoral information and provided important gains to the participants.
